Frequently asked questions.

Where are the puppy yoga sessions held?

We hold regular sessions over the weekend at a beautiful yoga studio in South West London. The exact address will be sent in your confirmation email once tickets are purchased.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself! (in exercise gear you don’t mind getting puppy hair on). We provide mats, toys and blankets which are all fully sanitised between sessions.

Where do the puppies come from?

We are very particular about the breeders and owners we work with and ensure that the puppies have come from loving homes. The puppies are between 8 -11 weeks old and all within a short drive of the studio.

How do the puppies benefit?

The classes act as a stepping stone as the puppies prepare to leave the litter and go to their new homes. Puppies that are socialised at a young age grow up to be more confident and have less separation anxiety later in life. Take-a-paws classes provide a safe and nurturing environment for the puppies to explore their new world. The team give a briefing on how to play safely and anyone not following these guidelines will be asked to leave.

Do I have to be good at yoga?

Not at all. Our classes are all-levels, meaning the teacher will tailor the class to complete beginners or advanced yogis. Also remember, the teacher won’t be offended if you simply want to lie back on your mat and play with the puppies!
