Frequently asked questions.
Where are the puppy yoga sessions held?
We hold regular sessions over the weekend at a beautiful yoga studio in South West London. The exact address will be sent in your confirmation email once tickets are purchased.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself! (in exercise gear you don’t mind getting puppy hair on). We provide mats, toys and blankets which are all fully sanitised between sessions.
Where do the puppies come from?
We are very particular about the hobby breeders and owners we work with and ensure that the puppies have come from loving homes. The puppies are between 8 -12 weeks old and all within a short drive of the studio.
How do the puppies benefit?
Our classes serve as a stepping stone for puppies as they prepare to leave the litter and head to their new homes. Early socialization helps puppies grow up confident and with less separation anxiety. Take-a-Paws classes offer a safe, nurturing space for the puppies to explore their new world. Before the fun begins, we give a quick briefing on how to play safely—anyone not following the guidelines will be asked to step out.
Do I have to be good at yoga?
Not at all. Our classes are all-levels, meaning the teacher will tailor the class to complete beginners or advanced yogis. Also remember, the teacher won’t be offended if you simply want to lie back on your mat and play with the puppies!
